What can it do? #
The Inventory Forecasting feature offers a visual forecast chart to help sellers efficiently manage their inventory and predict Out of stock times. On the chart, you can view key data for a product, including EST. Unit Sold, EST. Available, EST. Out of stock and EST. Sellable for the next 60 days (which can be manually adjusted)
Note: (You need to edit EST. Sellable Time in the "Shipments Management" feature).

Entrance: #
Forecast Charts: The chart shows up to 60 days of past and future data. Key indicators include:
- Unit Sold: Historical daily Unit Sold of the SKU.
- Unit Sold(last year): Historical Unit Sold data from the previous year, if available.
- Available: Historical daily available inventory data from Amazon API to get the initial available inventory on a given day (up to 30 days back, no historical data from Amazon API will lead to discontinous line in the chart)
Estimated Available: Estimated daily stock, equals to: Remaining Available Inventory from the previous day +Estimated Replenishment Inventory Numbers - Estimated Unit Sold(Estimated Unit Sold: Estimated daily Unit Sold for the next 60 days, which is from “FBA Inventory Management - Inventory Settings”. You can choose to use the last 7/15/30 days as option, or customized daily Unit Sold) .
Important Events: #
1.Out of stock(estimated): Estimate future Out of stock time, as a reference for the number of replenishment time. #
How to distinguish Out of stock: when a future date, (Estimated sellable inventory + Estimated sellable number - Estimated Unit Sold) <= 0, it is considered to be out of stock and will be marked.How to distinguish Out of stock: when a future date, (Estimated sellable inventory + Estimated sellable number - Estimated Unit Sold) <= 0, it is considered to be out of stock and will be marked.
2. Sellable(Est.): Indicates when replenished inventory will be available for sale after the shipment of the current product, you need to edit the time in the “Shipments Management”. After you finish editing, the approximate sellable time of replenished inventory will be marked out with a blue dotted circle clearly.
3.Sellable Delayed: If the edited arrival time for the shipment passes and Amazon has not yet received the items, the ”Sellable Delayed" line will be shown on the chart.
In the “Shipments Management” , set the EST SELLABLE TIME. #
In the "Shipments Management" page, add the “EST SELLABLE TiME” of the product (in transit, in processing, or at the Fulfillment Center)
You can click "Edit Est. Sellable Time" to jump to "Shipments Manager"
The first time you enter the Inventory Forecasting feature, there will be a guided pop-up window
You can expand the slider below to zoom in on the time frame of the data you want to see.
Customized Est. Unit Sold If you think that the actual Unit Sold in a certain period of time in the future is deviated from the estimated, click the “Edit Est. Units Sold”on a certain day in the following chart to modify it, and the Est. Units Sold curve will be redrawn, the Est. Sellable Inventory, and the out of stock time will be re-calculated after you save the changes.
You can also click to access table editing and edit quickly. Click “Apply to All”, then the next 60 days' data will be filled in by this“Est. Units Sold (Custom)”you edit.
Export data: click on the upper right corner of the export icon, you can export the table data as Excel.
