When FBA fulfillment fees increase abnormally, you can contact Amazon customer service to request a remeasurement of your product dimensions and reclaim any overcharged fees.
1.Go to the 'Get Help and Resources' page in the Amazon Sellercentral and click the 'My issue is not listed' button at the bottom.
2.Enter content such as 'Request to remeasure the product dimensions', and then click 'Continue'.
3.Based on the prompt, enter the FNSKU/ASIN that needs to be re-measured and compensated for Amazon Fulfillment fees and storage fees, select 'Remeasure and Reimburse FBA Fulfillment Fees', and then click 'Continue'.
