How to use the Local Product Management and Local Product Analysis?

Ⅰ. Introduction:

1. Terms Definitions & Purposes:

1. 1 What is the iSKU and what for?

iSKU means the interior SKU that is created for convenient tracking, monitoring and managing the sales and data of the same product selling over multiple marketplaces or multiple seller accounts. For instance, there are different SKUs for the same product (Pink Kettle) selling in multiple marketplaces. Using an iSKU to label the Pink Kettle will help you easily manage its inventory and sales performance.

1.2 What is the iSPU and what for?

iSPU means the internal code for the same product ( includes its all colors products) selling over multiple marketplaces or multiple seller accounts. For instance, iSPU refers to Kettle this product, and iSKUs refer to the Kettle in different colors.

How to use the Local Product Management and Local Product Analysis?

1. 3 What is the iSKU & iSPU Data Reports and what for?

· iSKU Data Reports: iSKU can help sellers easily check the same product’s reports across various marketplaces (e.g. Cost & Sales Comparison Trend, Sales Performance, Reviews and Inventory Statues). There’s no need to switch accounts in order to manually calculate one product’s sales data and stocks across several marketplaces anymore when using iSKU.

2. Features Overview:

2.1 Product Operation – Local Product Management: supports editing and managing the associations between iSKU and SKU.

2.2 Product Operation – Local Product Analysis: supports checking the iSKU product reports (e.g. Cost & Sales Comparison Trend, Sales Performance, Reviews and Inventory Statues). (Note: Please configure the association between iSKU and SKU first to use the function of Local Product Analysis.)

Ⅱ. User Instructions:

1. Local Product Management:

1.1 iSKU Management:

The iSKU list supports creating iSKU, deleting (batch deleting) iSKU, generating iSKU and editing the association among one iSKU and SKUs (adding/ deleting their connection).

(1) You can add a new iSKU number, name, item cost, item selling status (“Active“ items will be calculated in iSKU reports and “Inactive” items will not) and product notes. (Note: It can not add repeat iSKU.)

(2) Click on the Generate iSKUs to automatically generate the proper iSKUs based on the naming rules of SKUs or similar ASIN.

(3) Click on the Check and edit the related SKUto add or delete the association among iSKU and SKUs across multiple marketplaces.

(4) You can find the SKUs that are unclassified to any iSKU and quickly associate the SKUs to a specific iSKU under the Progress unmatched SKUs.

1.2 iSPU Management:

The iSPU list supports creating iSPU, deleting (batch deleting) iSPU and editing the association between iSPU and iSKU (adding/ deleting their connection).

(1) You can add a new iSPU number, iSKU number, name, item cost, item selling status (“Active“ items will be calculated in iSKU reports and “Inactive” items will not) and product notes. And manage the association between iSPU and iSKU by clicking the Connect iSKU button.

(Note: It can not add repeat iSKU.)

2. Local Product Analysis:

Product Operation – Local Product Analysis: supports checking the iSKU product reports (e.g. Cost & Sales Comparison Trend, Sales Performance, Reviews and Inventory Statues). (Note: Please configure the association between iSKU and SKU first to use the function of Local Product Analysis.)

2.1 iSKU Dashboard:

(1) Supports checking and downloading the reports of iSKU on the Local Product Management page.

(2) Click on the download button in the top right corner.

(3) Slide the bottom toolbar to the right, you can check the detailed reports of iSKU and the association among iSKU and SKUs.

2.2 iSKU Reports Page:

Support checking:

  • Core Indicators: the key sales and profits metrics.
  • Cost & Sales Trends: the comparison trends between cost and sales.
  • Sales Overview: sales performance of custom time range.
  • Reviews: iSKU reviews include the SKU reviews.
  • Inventory:  iSKU inventory includes the SKU inventory.
