1. Find the\u00a0Reports<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0on your Amazon Seller Central, and select the\u00a0Fulfillment<\/b><\/strong>. Find the\u00a0Sales<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0section on the left and click on\u00a0Show More<\/b><\/strong>, you will see the\u00a0All Orders<\/b><\/strong>. Then download the report on\u00a0Order Date<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/p>

2. Open the report on Excel. Filter the data and exclude the data with\u00a0S<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0as the beginning on\u00a0amazon-order-id\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>column as in the picture below.<\/p>

3. Separate the date and time on the purchase-date column.<\/p>

4. Exclude the canceled orders on the order-status column.<\/p>

5. Select the marketplaces you need on the sales-channel column.<\/p>

6. Then, exclude the canceled orders on the item-status column.<\/p>

7. Last, summary the sales on item-price column and compare with the Total Sales on a specific time range.<\/p>

(1)<\/strong>\u00a0There will be a tiny difference in the data. Because it has 6 hours time difference between you downloading data from Amazon and tool4seller pulling data from Amazon.<\/p>

(2)<\/strong>\u00a0As for the pending order, tool4seller will give an estimated price based on the latest orders when calculating.<\/p>

(3)<\/strong>\u00a0For replacement orders, Amazon will record them twice but tool4seller will record them once.<\/p>
